How plan limits and billing work

Limits count the shipments and containers you add during your billing period, and the counter resets when a new period starts.

  • A shipment counts once, when you add it, no matter how many events it collects afterward.
  • Deleting or archiving a shipment never returns quota to the current period.
  • Your team can see every shipment you track until it leaves your history window.
  • Upgrading to a higher plan charges the price difference immediately, and the higher limits apply as soon as the payment goes through.
  • Moving from monthly to yearly billing also charges the difference immediately.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the higher plan until then.
  • Yearly billing is the default and costs 50 percent less than paying monthly.
  • One subscription covers the whole company; teammates join your account instead of buying their own plan.
  • Payments are final; see the refund policy for the narrow exceptions.

Shipment visibility in terms a VP Operations and a CFO care about

ShipmentVisibility replaces manual carrier checks with one live list, so the people who run freight spend their day fixing exceptions instead of looking for them.

  • For the VP Operations: no more checking carrier websites shipment by shipment, exceptions surface on their own, and customers hear about a delay before they call.
  • For the CFO: last free day reminders help you return containers before demurrage and detention charges build, and lane-level carrier scorecards give you facts for rate negotiations.
  • For both: a public price, no contract, no implementation project, and setup that starts with a pasted list of numbers or a CSV file.

Pricing questions

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. Every plan is month to month or year to year, and you can cancel renewal at any time from your billing settings.

Is Enterprise self-serve like the other plans?

Yes. Enterprise has a public price and the same self-serve checkout as every other plan, and invoice billing is available on it.

What happens when I reach my monthly shipment limit?

You keep tracking everything already in your account, and new shipments wait until you upgrade or until your next billing period starts.

Does deleting a shipment give me back quota?

No. Limits count shipments added in the billing period, so deleting or archiving one never returns quota.

How does upgrading work?

You pay the price difference immediately and the higher limits and features unlock as soon as the payment clears.

Is there a trial?

There is no trial plan. You can check any tracking, PRO, container or air waybill number on the homepage without an account, and every paid plan starts the moment you subscribe.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are final, except for a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service.

Do ocean containers count against the shipment limit?

No. Ocean containers have their own monthly allowance on every plan, separate from parcel, LTL, FTL and air shipments.
