Branded tracking page that answers where is my order
Every shipment you send can have its own tracking link on a page that carries your logo, your colors and your support address. Customers see clear milestones and an expected delivery window, and they get email updates when the shipment moves or runs late. Fewer customers write in to ask where their order is, and the ones who do get a link instead of a carrier screenshot. The branded tracking page is included on Growth and higher.
What your customer sees
The page shows one shipment in language a customer understands, whatever the carrier or mode. A parcel from UPS and a pallet on an LTL carrier look the same: a progress bar, the latest event, the expected delivery window and a short history.
- Your logo, brand colors and a link back to your store or website
- Milestones such as shipped, in transit, out for delivery and delivered
- Expected delivery window with a confidence range, updated as events arrive
- A plain message when there is an exception, for example a delivery attempt or an address issue
- Your support email so the customer contacts you, not the carrier
One link per shipment, ready to share
Each shipment in your list gets its own tracking link the moment you add it. Paste it into an order confirmation, a support reply or a B2B delivery notice. The link keeps working as the shipment moves and keeps the final state after delivery, so a customer who opens it a week later still sees the proof of delivery date. You decide which details appear: order reference, number of pieces, carrier name and tracking number can be shown or hidden.
- Links created automatically for every shipment, from the dashboard, a CSV upload, Shopify or the API
- Show or hide carrier name, tracking number and order reference
- Works on any phone without an app or a login
A Shopify order status page that stays on your brand
For Shopify stores, the tracking link replaces the generic carrier link in shipping emails, so customers stay on a page with your brand instead of leaving for a carrier site. Orders and fulfillments sync automatically and the tracking number is picked up from each fulfillment. See the Shopify order tracking app for setup.
Customer notification emails that go out on their own
Growth and higher send notification emails to the shopper or consignee at the moments that create questions. Each email links to the branded tracking page.
- Shipped, with the tracking link and expected delivery window
- Delayed, sent when the predicted window moves later or an exception appears
- Out for delivery, so someone is ready to receive the package or the freight
- Delivered, with the delivery time
Emails use your logo and colors and show your support address as the reply contact.
An order tracking system that cuts where is my order tickets
Where is my order questions are the most common support contact for many ecommerce and B2B shippers, and each one costs an agent time to look up. When customers receive proactive updates and a link they trust, many of those questions never get asked. The ones that do arrive are faster to answer: the agent opens the same tracking page the customer sees, with the full event history behind it in the dashboard. This works as a complete order tracking system for your customers, built on the same live data your operations team uses.
Your own domain on Enterprise
On Growth and Pro the tracking page runs on a ShipmentVisibility address with your branding. Enterprise adds a custom domain such as track.yourbrand.com, so the address bar shows your name too. Enterprise also adds SSO, roles and permissions and an audit log for larger support teams.

Branded tracking for 3PLs and forwarders
On Pro, client sub-accounts let a 3PL run a separate branded page for each client, with that client's logo and colors, while your team manages every shipment from one account. Read more on freight visibility platform and parcel tracking software. Developers can create shipments and fetch tracking links through the shipment tracking API.
Branded tracking page questions
Which plan includes the branded tracking page?
Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Growth is the first plan with the branded page, customer notification emails and the Shopify integration.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Enterprise. You point a subdomain such as track.yourbrand.com to the page and it shows your address in the browser.
Does the page work for freight as well as parcels?
Yes. LTL, FTL, ocean and air shipments use the same page with milestones that fit the mode, so a B2B customer can follow a pallet or a container the same way a shopper follows a parcel.
Do customers need to log in?
No. Each shipment has its own link that opens on any device without an account.
Can I hide the carrier name?
Yes. You choose whether the carrier name, tracking number and order reference appear on the page.
Give every shipment a page with your name on it
